Our Team

Michael Vila came from Oppenheimer and Co. after starting his career in corporate finance and consulting with companies such as Dow Jones and the Chevron Corporation. Michael focuses on the portfolio management and financial planning aspects of the business. In addition, he performs in-depth equity analysis. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Santa Clara University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Jill McVey has worked in the securities industry since 1986 and also came from Oppenheimer and Co.  Having been both Series 7 and insurance licensed, she has extensive experience in servicing a client’s financial needs from multiple perspectives.  Her current areas of expertise include fixed income analysis and tax planning.  She holds a B.A. in History from Abilene Christian University.

Larry Hebner started working in the securities industry in 1969 with Dean Witter. In 1992, he was appointed Executive Vice President-Investments at Oppenheimer and Co. Larry has extensive experience in wills, trusts, estate and tax planning. He received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at Seattle University and his MBA at the University of Washington.
